When you submit a certificate/sample request or a message, we collect the company name, contact person, job title, country/region, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, other contact details, the products and documents you are interested in, your application, estimated quantity and the content of your message.
We use this information only to answer your enquiry, to confirm and ship the samples or documents you requested, to follow up on orders and technical support, and to meet legal and compliance obligations. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.
Apart from the information a carrier (for example a courier company) needs in order to deliver samples, we do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
